年11月30日至12月1日，第六届金砖国家青年峰会和青年部长会议在网上召开。 这次峰会以“金砖国家:青年面临的时代挑战”为主题，各国青年代表就“志愿者”、“创意产业”、“政府与公共外交”、“青年能源合作”、“青年创业与创新”等多项议题展开讨论，在金砖国家的上述 这次会议形成了金砖国家青年峰会的最终决议，并签署了《金砖国家支持青年志愿者活动合作快速发展构想》的概念文件。

北京大学中外人文交流研究基地的博士后研究员张小庆作为中国代表团成员参加了峰会，并作为“政府与公共关系”议题组的领导人发言。 她说疫情以来，中国和金砖国家在共同疫情、经济倡议和多边制度等多方面的合作为国际管理做出了贡献。 展望未来，我们应该继续进行疫情管理，加强各行业学者的交流，就全球问题进行越来越创造性的合作。 其发言全文如下。

the co vid-19 isposingunprecedentedandgravestchallengestoallthenationsaroundworld.theincreasingdeathtolls， economystagnationandseriousinsufficientofinternationalcooperation，along with nationalism，unilateralism and protectionism。 haveintensifiedthetensionsamongcountries，different races， even families. despite all this是membersofthebricsareactivelyfindingtheirwaysoutthroughadvocatinginternationalgovernanceofmultile promotingcommonvaluesandstrengtheningeffectivepublicdiplomacychannelstoworktogethertofightthesechallenges。

first，the professional medical surgeons， nursesandprofessionalvirusscientistsareshowingincrediblepowerandcourage， theyareinthefrontierofthisgreatbattleandhavesufferedthemost.accordingtothewhitepaperofchinainaction，there were 620，000 surgeons

second，chinesevirtueofrespectingtheagedandcaringfortheyoung， areshowinggreatmoralpowerinsocialgovernance.peoplechoosetoobeytheruleofkeepingsocialdistanceandwearingmasksbecausefamilies to to after four months of locking down，wuhanliftedthetravelrestrictions。
